Our Return Policy
You have 14 days to inform us if you wish to return your order, from the day you place our order. If you wish to return your order, please follow the steps below :
1/ Contact us by e-mail at email@example.com and specify :
- Mail Object "Return : Order #xxx"
- If you wish an exchange or reimbursement. Please note that you can only exchange or be reimbursed once. For instance, you could not change to exchange your product, and then to be reimbursed.

2/ Once you receive our answer, please ship your order back to us and keep your tracking number preciously :
